Loved this. This is what I love about Casablanca, it’s still so fascinating after all these years. As for Ilsa, I have always thought she was in love with Rick, and also loved Victor but in a different way. ‘Doing the right thing’ is pretty much the theme of Casablanca and that applies to Ilsa too.
